Telephone Calls
Our office welcomes telephone calls throughout the day.
Staff members will gladly answer your questions, record the
progress of your pet's health, or relay messages between you and
the veterinarians. We encourage you to work with our staff
members to facilitate providing you with the quickest response
to your medical concerns. If you wish to speak to a
particular veterinarian, the return call may not be possible
until after normal hospital hours or the following day.
For your convenience, messages may be left on our after-hours answering machine. Our hospital support staff will retrieve the message for handling the following business day.
For your convenience, messages may be sent to the general hospital e-mail address. The messages are monitored daily, Monday through Friday. Responses to e-mail messages may take 24 to 48 hours depending on the nature of the request. Note that e-mail messages are not monitored on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
