Primary Responsibility: Our
Hospital Support Staff is the liaison between our valued clients and our
doctors and licensed veterinary technicians. Maple Veterinary Hospital
Support Staff are trained to ask appropriate medical questions to help
determine how to most efficiently provide clients with medical
information and treatment for their pets.
Telephone Support: Our Hospital
Support Staff is trained to assist you by phone with appointment
scheduling and medical concerns. Doctors are not always available
to speak with clients when they are calling by telephone. When possible,
our Hospital Support Staff will take your information, communicate your
pet’s condition to the doctor or licensed veterinary technician and
return with information from the medical team that will help you with
your immediate pet care concerns.
Medical Support: In addition, our Hospital Support Staff
help our veterinarians and licensed veterinary technicians by providing
supervised assistance. They are carefully trained to deliver the care
and compassion that are the principles of Maple Veterinary Hospital. |
